How to Book a Ticket
General Information
Our Condition of Carriage apply on all flights and flight segments where our name or Airline Designator Code is indicated in the carrier box of the ticket. Except as provided in Conditions of Carriage, in the event of inconsistency between Conditions of Carriage and any other regulations we may have, Conditions of Carriage shall prevail.
Instructions for Buying Tickets
You can make a booking at flynyx.com or by contacting one of our Authorized Agents.
We offer one-way and return tickets. All taxes, fees and charges are included in the ticket price. Changes in taxes, fees and charges may change the ticket price. A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and you have received our confirmation including a booking reference/electronic ticket. Upon check-in you have to present a valid ID card or a valid passport.

We recommend all passengers create an account with us to be able to:

Assistance for Passengers with Special Needs
NyxAir is committed to providing a safe and comfortable travel experience for all customers, regardless of their needs and abilities.
On the Tallinn-Kuressaare-Tallinn and Tallinn-Kärdla-Tallinn route, passengers with special needs holding a disabled person’s card issued on the basis of §2 of the Social Benefits for Disabled Persons Act or a pension certificate issued on the basis of §35 of the State Pension Insurance Act, where the degree of severity of the disability and the duration of disability fly with 100 % discount of fare. An escort travelling together with a disabled passenger will have a 15 % discount of the normal fare.

Other Discounts
We offer discounts to the following passenger types:
- Seniors (65 years or older)
- Students (up to 24 years)
- Children and youth (2-12 years)
- Infants
If you have booked a discounted ticket, you must be able to present all relevant documents certifying the right for a discount a valid ID card or a valid passport.
Extra Services
Additional and special baggage can be booked as an extra service. The following extra services can be booked on our website:
- Additional Baggage
- Pet in cabin (up to 8kg with a container/carrier)
- Sports Equipment (golf luggage, skis etc)
- Bicycle
Other special baggage and services can not be reserved online. For those issues please contact us support@nyx.ee.
Check-out
Please check that all details in your reservation is ok before you make the payment. You have to accept our Terms & Conditions before payment. After that, click on "PLACE ORDER". You will now be directed to the Maksekeskus AS secure payment page, where you can select to pay either via a direct bank link or payment card. We offer the following payment methods:

- Banks operating in the Republic of Estonia - Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay;
- Banks operating in the Republic of Latvia - Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor;

Under normal circumstances, we will provide a substantive response to written complaints within 28 days from the date of receipt.
